choice for incoming Hanneman students and faculty. Also, The Grande at 111 S. 15th St. is an option, not to mention the higher-end Ritz Carlton condos.
In the brownstone/ low rise segment of the market, buyers may find a variety of uniquely styled studio and one bedroom units strewn about the area. Characterized by
lower condo fees, no doorman, and usually no parking, the option for unique, one-of-a kind space can be very attractive for those looking for something a bit unique.
I find that security and proximity to Hahneman University Hospital always ranks high when examining the priorities of these buyers. Since many are unsure of the late
night schedule that may keep, and may be unfamiliar with the areas in which they seek to purchase, proximity and security are usually buyers top concerns. Certainly a
